This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Med Migration — ABN 57613854989 (“Company”), offering services through its appointed staff and migration agents (“Migration Agent(s)”), and the undersigned client (“Client”), for the provision of migration services.

Services Provided:

The Company, through its Registered Migration Agent(s) and appointed staff, provides professional migration services tailored to your needs. Our services comply with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) regulations and the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) guidelines. We offer four structured packages to suit different visa pathways:


Basic Package:

For short-stay, student, partner, and subsequent entry visas. This package includes:
An initial consultation to discuss your migration goals, assess your eligibility, and clarify visa requirements.
A personalised eligibility assessment and requirements checklist to evaluate your migration options.
A step-by-step roadmap tailored to your visa or permanent residency (PR) application.
Assistance with gathering and organising all necessary documents.
Support in preparing and lodging your Expression of Interest (EOI) and visa application.
Review and enhancement of documents before official lodgement.
Representation in liaising with the Department of Home Affairs on your behalf.
Regular tracking and updates on your visa application progress.
Assistance in responding to Department of Home Affairs inquiries within standard and reasonable requirements.
Guidance on the final steps after visa approval.
Post-visa support, including assistance with visa conditions, renewals, and compliance queries.

Regular Package:

For skilled migration, employer or state-nominated visas, regional visas, and skills shortage visas. 
Includes everything in the Basic Package, plus
Skilled Visa Guidance – Assistance with skilled independent, employer-sponsored, and state-nominated pathways.
State Sponsorship & Employer Nomination – Support with sponsorship applications where applicable.

Comprehensive Package:

For professionals and businesses seeking employer-sponsored pathways or nomination-based migration. Includes everything in the Regular Package plus:
Employer Nomination & Compliance Support – Assistance with employer sponsorship obligations, Labour Market Testing (LMT) compliance, and Standard Business Sponsorship (SBS) applications.
Employer Liaison & Sponsorship Assistance – Direct communication with the employer to support nomination applications, ensure compliance, and guide them through sponsorship obligations.

Elite Package:

Designed for professionals and families needing full-scale migration and settlement assistance. Includes everything in the Comprehensive Package plus:
Settlement Services – Assistance with finding accommodation, opening bank accounts, tax and superannuation setup, healthcare registration (Medicare), school enrolment, and community integration.
Employment Support – Guidance on Australian job market entry, resume review, networking strategies, and referrals where applicable.

Fees:

The fees for the services provided under this Agreement are quoted in Australian dollars and are tax-inclusive. These fees apply exclusively to the service fees for the company’s assistance and do not include any additional costs related to the visa application process, such as visa application fees, medical tests, police checks, or other expenses required by the Department of Home Affairs or other authorities.

All fees are payable upfront. The client can choose to pay by card or bank transfer using the details provided in the offer letter or below:

Handling of Funds:

All payments are made according to fixed fees and a set scope and are subject to the cancellation and refund policy outlined below.

Obligations of the Company:

Provide the services as outlined in this Agreement in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure that all immigration assistance is provided by registered migration agents or qualified Australian solicitors.
Maintain transparency and keep the Client informed about the progress of their case.

Obligations of the Client:

Provide accurate and complete information as required for the services.
Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
Communicate promptly with the Company and the Migration Agent regarding any updates or changes in their circumstances.

Consumer Guide:

The Client acknowledges that they have received a copy of the Consumer Guide

Confidentiality:
The Company and the Migration Agent agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client, except as required by law.

Termination and Refund Policy:

The client can cancel the agreement within 5 days and receive a pro-rata refund. A transaction and administration fee of up to 10% may apply. Refunds are processed within 30 business days. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. After the cooling-off period, all payments made are non-refundable.
Upon cancellation, all services provided by the Company will cease immediately.

Disclaimer:

The Company and the Migration Agent make no guarantees regarding the outcome of visa applications and provide services on a best-effort basis. For full details, please refer to our  Disclaimer

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the relevant laws of Victoria, Australia.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Amendments:

This Agreement may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Payment Distribution:

The Migration Agents’ compensation for services rendered under this Agreement is paid internally according to the schedule specified in their subcontractor agreements with the Company.

Authorisation to Act on Client(s)’ behalf

By signing this agreement, the client authorises the agent(s) to act on their behalf in all matters related to the migration services outlined in this contract. This includes but is not limited to, preparing and submitting applications, communicating with relevant authorities and organisations, and representing the client’s interests throughout the process. The client agrees to provide the agent(s) with all necessary information and documentation to facilitate these actions.

Scope of Authorisation for Other Migration Agents

The authority granted in clause 17 may be extended to cover all migration agents in the company’s business. The client agrees to this scope of authorisation, ensuring that any migration agent appointed by the company can act on their behalf as necessary to fulfil the services outlined in this agreement.
