5. Visa Success

Visa success, accreditation success, professional registration outcomes, and medical college or pathway approvals cannot be guaranteed. Our role is to provide expert advice, documentation support, compliance planning, and strategic representation; however, all final decisions rest with the relevant authorities, including the Department of Home Affairs, AHPRA, Medicare, medical colleges, and any other regulatory bodies.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide authentic, accurate, and complete documents at all times. The submission of false, misleading, incomplete, or dishonest information may result in adverse decisions and will not be tolerated. Any deliberate attempt to deceive or fabricate information may give rise to legal action without hesitation.

We represent you, but you take full responsibility for the documents you provide. Cooperation and adherence to our guidance are mandatory to optimise the chances of obtaining the accreditation, visa, and maintaining our success rate.

7. Confidentiality

All personal and sensitive information provided by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for accreditation and migration application processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Med Migration is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third parties or factors beyond our control.
We will not be responsible for any consequences arising from the submission of incorrect or fraudulent information provided by the client.

9. Amendments

Med Migration reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
